Ischemic heart disease is a leading cause of mortality the adult population. The most all forms ischemic occurred with development myocardial infarction. Meanwhile, direct death are complications Since advent catheter-based and surgical reperfusion, there has been significant decrease in frequency these complications. However, patients large infarctions or those who do not receive necessary revascularization time remain at risk mechanical acute common rupture papillary muscles mitral valve regurgitation, interventricular septal defect, forming aneurysms pseudoaneurysms, free-wall rupture. Although rare, their prognosis unfavourable associated high prehospital hospital stage. Early diagnosis, determination optimal treatment tactics crucial for increasing survival rate patients.
